Ingredients

  • ½ cup lemon juice
  • 1/3 cup olive oil
  • 4 tsp Dijon mustard
  • 1 tbsp maple syrup
  • 1½ tbsp minced shallot
  • 1 clove minced garlic
  • Salt and pepper to taste
