Chicken Salad
                    Makes 4 servings (1 cup per serving)
Ingredients
- 2 cups rotisserie chicken, chopped
 - ½ cup grapes, halved
 - ½ cup diced granny smith apple
 - ¾ cup chopped celery
 - ¼ cup chopped pecans
 - ½ cup plain Greek yogurt (2%)
 - 1 tsp cider vinegar
 - 1 tsp granulated sugar
 - 1 tsp salt
 - ½ tsp Dijon mustard
 - 1 tsp dried tarragon
 
Preparation
- Add all ingredients to a medium bowl and stir to combine.
 - Serve and enjoy!
