Crispy Chili Chickpeas

Makes 4 servings (1/3 cup per serving)

Ingredients

  • 1 can (540 mL) no-salt-added chickpeas, rinsed and drained
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp cumin
  • 1 tsp chili powder

 

Preparation

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F.
  2. Pat dry the chickpeas then toss in olive oil.
  3. Spread evenly on a baking sheet and cook until crispy, about 40 – 50 minutes, shaking the pan every 10 minutes.
  4. Remove from oven and toss chickpeas in spices immediately.
  5. Serve and enjoy!
