Matcha Frozen Yogurt
Makes 4 servings (¾ cup per serving)
Ingredients
- 2 bananas
- 2 cups vanilla Greek yogurt (2%)
- 2 tsp matcha powder
- 2 tsp coconut oil, melted
Preparation
- Add all ingredients to a blender or food processor. Purée until smooth.
- Store in a sealable plastic container and freeze for a minimum of 4 hours.
- Serve and enjoy!
