Vanilla Chia Pudding

Ingredients
- ½ cup almond milk
- 2 tbsp chia seeds
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 1 tbsp honey
- Toppings: chopped dates, chopped nuts, fresh or frozen fruit
Preparation
- Combine almond milk, chia seeds, vanilla and honey in a jar and mix well.
- Cover and refrigerate for 1 – 2 hours.
- Stir, then cover and refrigerate for an additional 3 – 4 hours.
- Add desired toppings.
- Serve and Enjoy!
