Apple and Turkey Curry Wraps

Makes 6 servings (1 wrap per serving)
Ingredients
- 2 cups chopped cooked turkey breast
- ½ cup low-fat plain Greek yogurt
- 2 tsp curry powder
- ¼ cup diced apples (such as Granny Smith, Honeycrisp, Gala, or Pink Lady)
- ¼ cup diced celery
- 1 tbsp chopped walnuts
- ¼ tsp black pepper
- 6 whole wheat tortillas (8 inch)
- 1 tbsp raisins
Preparation
- In a medium bowl, combine turkey, yogurt, curry powder, apples, celery, walnuts, and pepper. Stir well to combine.
- Fill each tortilla with turkey mixture and sprinkle with raisins. Wrap up tortillas to enclose filling.
- Serve and enjoy!
