Cottage Cheese Bowl

Makes 1 serving

Ingredients

  • ½ cup cottage cheese 
  • ½ avocado, sliced 
  • ½ cup cherry tomatoes, halved
  • ½ tsp salt 
  • ½ tsp black pepper

Preparation

  1. Add cottage cheese to a small serving bowl.
  2. Top with sliced avocado and tomatoes. 
  3. Sprinkle with salt and pepper.  
  4. Serve and enjoy!
