Berry Yogurt Smoothie
Makes 1 serving
Ingredients
- 1½ cups frozen berries
- ½ cup plain Greek yogurt
- ¾ cup milk (2%)
- ½ large banana
Preparation
- Combine all ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth.
- If too thick, add 1−3 tbsp water until desired consistency is reached.
- Serve and enjoy!
