Ingredients
- ¾ cup chopped kale
- 1 cup milk (1%)
- 1 medium ripe pear, chopped
- 1 tbsp natural nut butter
- ½ cup sliced banana
Preparation
- Combine all ingredients in a blender.
- Blend until smooth.
