Overnight Nut Butter and Banana Oats

Makes 1 serving 

Ingredients

  • ½ cup rolled oats 
  • 1 tsp flax seeds 
  • 1 tsp chia seeds 
  • ½ cup milk (2%)
  • ½ medium banana, sliced
  • 2 tbsp natural nut butter 
  • 1 tsp cinnamon

Preparation

  1. Combine oats, flaxseed, chia seeds, milk and nut butter in a bowl and stir to combine. 
  2. Transfer oat mixture to a mason jar, tighten the lid and refrigerate for at least 6 hours. 
  3. Remove lid and stir oat mixture. Top with sliced banana. 
  4. Serve and enjoy!
