Ingredients

  • ½ cup low-fat vanilla Greek yogurt (or flavour of choice)
  • 1 tbsp wheat germ
  • 2 tbsp chopped Brazil nuts

Preparation

  1. Add yogurt to a small serving bowl.
  2. Sprinkle with wheat germ and chopped nuts.
  3. Serve and enjoy!
